APPLES
over 7500 types of apples in the world. originated in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and China in the Tian Shan mountains containing wild species 'Malus sieversii'. the seeds got exported around the world around 1500BC. my favourite is jazz apple because its firm, crunchy and juicy. it stays firm after a few days. i always leave my apples in the fridge because then you'll get a very fresh apple taste.
Besides the fruit itself, through different stories in cultures the apple got different meanings overtime. from being evil to virtility, love, beauty and wisdom.
